Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Paper Library (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the service

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of any documents and annotations you upload or create. By uploading content, you grant Paper Library a limited licence to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and store any document you add to your library.

4. Storage and plans

Each account is subject to the storage limit of its current plan (Free: 100 MB, Eco: 1 GB, Pro: 10 GB). We reserve the right to restrict uploads if your usage exceeds your plan limit. Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with notice.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@paperlibrary.org. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Paper Library is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
